RTV-1100 NO HEAT

Plenty of hot water in the engine and radiator just no hot air out of the vents. Unit is 9 months old. Any ideas? I dont have a repair manual.

Open the hood on front and follow the heater hoses back from the heater and there should be a pet cock type of cutoff in one of the hoses to shut off the hot water in the summer, at least mine and my dads does.

Ricky I'll check trhat after work today but I had heat last week. That's what's confusing me. I'm not sure if there is an electric valve or a cable operated valve when you turn the temp nob.
