RT 5000 won't reliably start

We have a Honda RT 5000 that we can no longer count on to start. It cranks fine, but won't catch. We have replaced plug, gas tank(rusted), fuel lines and in line filter and cleaned the carb. Still some times it will start and sometimes not. And sometimes after it is starting and running it will just die. Any ideas would be welcome. As you know parts are an issue. We love our old Honda, but need to get it fixed for plowing.

I'm having the problem. When it won't start at all I can find the problem. Usually the coil or module. So I have a new coil and module and install them, still nothing. Put back the old parts, still nothing. Push it out of the way and one hour later it starts and runs fine. Driving me crazy.
