Frankly, I forget the name of the other stuff. I think it began with an 'S' (and wasn't Stabill)
Went out one day bought a bottle of high concentration Roundup. We have a small area, probably under 500 sq/ft where we cut some saplings and want no underbrush as most of it is poison ivy.
So I sprayed the area with Roundup. I was preparing to concoct a second gallon of it when my wife handed me a small bottle of this other stuff. I know the name, just can't think of it.
Anyways, mix he other stuff.
Literally, the next morning, the places I sprayed the other stuff was brown & shriveled. Today, a week later, the Roundup stuff looks like it's ailing but that's it. The Roundup stuff looks like I might have sprayed a diluted amount on it.
I know I didn't dilute it as I follow the directions and add another 1-2 ounces for some extra kick.
I was just floored that literally, the next day, the other spray had turned those weeds into shriveled nothings.
We have cats and dogs.....so using any of this stuff makes me nervous. I'm wondering is the other stuff better to use since it seems to kill so quickly. Perhaps its speed would help minimize some animal issues?
Can't believe I just bought a large (expensive) bottle of the concentrated Roundup and then made this discovery.
