Rake Rotary rake experience

I'm looking at a small rotary rake by Morra that's available from Agri-Supply.

HAY RAKE 3 PT 2.80 METERS RM 280/8 - Agri Supply

Anyone out there have experience with this one?

Requires less than 20 HP. Looks a good small machine. But, the price is a little high. For that price, I could buy a 17 ft rotary rake for that price. This is not normal for Agri Supply as they are known as a company with the best prices for the high qualities. Morra? Italian?
