ROPS for older Kubotas

Hello , I'm sure many of you know of this program but This thread is for them that don't. Kubota sells ROPS for many older models for about $148. To see if your model is on the list check their web site. When I called the dealer they checked into it and said that the price was $148 and that kubota gives them $120 so my cost would be $28 plus shipping.Such a DEAL! The shipping cost was $70 so the total with tax $106. BTW this includes seat belts.Now I just have to wait for warmer weather to install them and load my rear tires so I can a little better on my Hilly property.:thumbsup:

Unlees you have a backhoe. Then it's $400+. And they don't have a pic so if it doesn't fit you get to eat the $100 shipping charge! And they can't tell you how tall it is either. So you don't know if it'll fit in your garage.

Thanks for posting this.
I heard of this before and asked a local dealer about it.
They said no such thing exists.
Time to try the other dealer I guess

Hi, Sorry it taken so long to ans. Go to the kubota web site and you can down load the information on the prices and what tractors and included in the program. If you have a problem let me know what tractor you have and I will research it and get back to you with the findings. Where are you located? I'm close to Bakersfield ca.If fact I just received a thank You from Berchtold for my Purchase.

I don't qualify as my tractor is a grey market.
The 185 is the North American equivalent but I haven't got a serial number.
Suggestions?

What is your machine, I'd not be certain it is grey market.

Many thought my B6000e was, when in fact it was not.

When it comes to ROPS, in the end, Kubota just wants you to be safe.

Joel, I looked on Kubota.com web site . Then click on safety. Your tractor B6000 is on the list and shows a price of $148 the same as mine was. I have a L245Dt. You may print the information from the web site and then contact a Kubota dealer. The dealer I dealt with had to check on the program before they would commit to any anything. Keep all informed as to your progress. If all else fails contact Kubota and get help from Them. Best of Luck.
