Kubota L3010, Kubota KX 41-3 Excavator Upgraded to Kioti DK65S with cab and Farmi winh
The grapple came today and of course the fittings were different than what I had on the tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Off and running to get the right ones just in time for a couple of photos.

Oh, I was warned NEVER to move the tractor with the door wide open as once broken, they are very expensive to replace. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
how much was the grapple unit? and where did you purchase it?
wish i had one a year ago - restoring 3a. of overgrown fields w/o that attachment meant lots of in/out of the tractor to chain things to the FEL for easier removal.
Thanks for the pics. That grapple is one mean looking addition. I can just imagine how much better you'll move stuff with that!
For those that want interior pics, I plan to do a bunch of DK65S pics this week. Look for the thread "Extensive DK65S Pics" in a few days. John

I forgot to tell about the grapple. I got it from Unlimited Fabrication, LLC in North Carolina.

They make three sizes and strengths. Mine is the 72" heavy duty one and it also has the bolt on shaft protection. They come with the cylinder and hoses protected and offer as a bolt on option a shaft cover.
I did much research and looked at several offered on Ebay but found this one to be the strongest at the most reseanable price. The heavy duty 72" grapple sells for $1600 and they have fantastic shipping rates.
I also had tines placed in between the main tine points so I could pickup all of the rocks not just the bolders. The don't call New Hampshire the granite state for nothing. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Thanks,
