Try bringing the throttle lever back a little farther.
It looks to me via the video you still have the lever to far forward as if shutting the tractor down.

On the Bolens versions of the Iseki TX tractors, forward is more fuel. Iseki versions are the opposite.

FULL THROTTLE gqken!! These small diesels require full throttle to start when the engine is cold, whichever direction that is on yours. Mine won't start either if the engine is cold, in any temperature, without full throttle. Hope that helps!

As compression degrades, more fuel is generally required for starts. However, many of my tractors will start at idle fuel setting even at temperatures below 20ーF without any external heaters (block/oil/air/etc.) More fuel is better I do agree although there are cases when a lot of fuel can quench the available heat causing more difficulty in starting. Working glow plugs and good cranking speeds (although more difficult to obtain) are essential in colder weather.
