roller drive chain install on NH477

Having a rough time feed chain through idle sprockets with the little room to manuevre. To get the chain through is it necessary to loosen/remove idler sprockets? I can fix most anything on a house, not gonna fix your machinery.
Thanks for any input to get this done so I can resume cutting first cut.
