Rolled grass seed

Where do you get the rolled "straw" that has grass seed in it? Home Depot? Co-op? State?

debating on trying it....is it much more expensive, worth the effort?

But I have feeling the only grass seed you will find is a quick growing field rye as this blanket is used for erosion control purposes on hillsides, ditches and such where they don't intend on mowing.
