some of these dykes can be 15 feet deep around here , He was lucky...3 days later we had 3 inches of rain overnight and they were 1/2 full ?

Was he meeting a car by chance and got the front wheel off the hard stuff and then when correcting got the back wheels way over in the ditch.

That is one expensive oops.

Just out of curiosity, what damage was done to the machine and any idea of the cost to repair?

thats an expensive accident. i always thought that combines were pretty stable machines? did his load of beans shift? that happened to a local farmer a few years back only it was the dump forage wagon, load of silage shifted while chopping on a side hill and the wagon went over thankfully no damage to the chopper or tractor.
