Got this prize out of the ground in a very tight spot. Don't think the loader would do to much more but if I could have gotten it to slide back further it would have helped. I'm pretty impressed with the 364 loader though, it did good.

Yeah, it's got a real flat top but the bottom is pretty wacky though. I'll figure out something. It's to large for a paper weight plus I don't think my desk will hold it.

Keep digging, there will be more! Good job.

Well you are getting right into it with those new forks neighbor! I hope you are finding that the forks are as handy as I have. That's a pretty good trophy you have there!

Yes, they are working good - glad I got them. Definitely adds a new aspect to the loader. I feel like I have a mini-excavator now. Well, not quite but they sure are handy.

For what it's worth, I use a come-along and chain to pull rocks into my bucket. It's a lot faster than pushing the think around the yard like a dog with a ball...

Sliding big rock in bucket I have used a tree to help, slide rock against tree than work bucket..maybe it will work for forks?

Forks are so much easier to slide under an odd shaped rock that it is hard to describe. Since they are so much narrower they just easily slide under. Often just one tine can reposition a rock for easily grasping with both tines. Even embedded rocks can be popped out like a bad tooth usually. I've used mine a lot building my woods trails, and around the yard. If you can wiggle it with a tine, it will come out, and leave a much smaller hole than with a bucket, or even a backhoe.

I agree, the only reason I didn't get this rock further back on the forks was the awkward spot I got it out of and the fact that I am new to them. I had to face downhill between some plantings but was able to get under it and lift it out of the ground and back up with it. It was to heavy to curl much with it out that far on the forks. There is no way I could have done it with a loader bucket.

Yesterday I picked up an even heavier one because I was able to slide under it further and curl it back. It's a lot faster and easier than trying to use a bucket, believe me I know because I used my bucket last summer to move about fifty good sized rocks. Not mini-excavator sized but big enough. These forks are going to make my life easier.
