Tires Rimguard required for R4 12.4-16 tires

I plan on filling the tires on my tractor and the Rim Guard website does not list this particular tire. Wondering if anyone has filled this size tire and if so, can they advise the amount of fluid that was required? Thanks

Call Les Schwab. They carry and install Rim Guard (at least the store in Weiser ID does).

They will look it up and give you the amount and a price estimate.

Hopefully, I can upload this chart.. Well, that didn't work, but a chart I found said that a 12.4 -16 would hold 21 gallons of water 75% full and add 175 lbs of weight. I googled "liquid ballast in tire" to find the very complete chart.

Thanks for the help RFD and ChuckinNH. I checked the chart that you referred to and while they list a 12.4-16 R1 tire, they don't list a R4, but I would guess that the R4's would hold around 25 gallons. Thanks again
