Right rear wheel lock up on farm pro 2425

Tractor is about 10 years old. Right rear wheel has locked up. Left will turn. Never had this problem before. Any ideas why

Brake will be the first guess, wheel bearing next guess. Check right brake pedal for play, work from there.
