Rice Trailers???

Anyone have any expeirience (spelt wrong) with Rice Trailers? I got a quote for one made to my specs and its pretty good ($3250 for a 20' between the wheels flatdeck, 14kgvw, with slide in ramps.) Was wondering if their good or bad trailers. Also, does anyone know roughly what shipping from Ohio to Maine would be? Thanks

Yep I have two of them, I have a 20 foot all steel car hauler and a 28 foot gooseneck 14k and have had o trouble with either. I have pretty much hauled anything I have ever needed to with no problems with them. They are made here were I live and have bought both straight from the factory.

We have a Rice 20 foot Magnum flatbed 14,000 pound capacity. One thing we did not like, is the way the back lights are under the ramps instead of sticking out the side. They are a little hard to see, but are not to bad. We also had a tire problem, but the place we bought it from (Bridge Trailer and Sprayer Sales in Woodburn IN) replaced tire and was going to try to work with the company. Other than that it is a nice trailer, we bought it for $4,150, $4,400 with tax.

I have a 16' Rice Stealth tandem..Almost 2 years old, so far it's been great...The junk bias tires dry rotted but that's par for the course on most oem bias tires as I've seen around here. Replaced with radials a month or so ago.

We have 6% sales tax here.

That's state tax. We also pay between 0-40% income tax; 7.5% social security; county property tax of up to a max of 3% of homes value per year.

We pay up to 52% income tax in the highest rates (above 50.000 annual) and even an average income gives 2/3 of it to taxes. We pay 40% tax on new cars, and then 21% VAT on top of that. We also pay 40% on gas and 21% VAT on top of that. We pay 135 euro each month in road tax for our cars. Despite of all the tax we pay for social security, we get long waiting lists and poor service from our doctors which try to put you off with aspirin because the policy is to cut costs.. And still some Americans think Obamacare is a good idea because it "works" in Europe... screw it !!
