Reverse disc for Junior????

Does anyone know where I can get a reverse disc for a Troy-Bilt Junior tiller? My tiller is a 1981 with a 3.5 Tecumseh. The part number for the reverse disc is 50024. My tiller model number is 50126. This is a great little tiller I just got it running today and the reverse disc came apart (The rubber). I have looked everywhere and can't find one anywhere. Thanks!
