Retrofit Cruise control on TC35D

Does anyone know if it's possible to retrofit a cruise control on a
TC35D?? Mine is a 2002 model.
After 3-4 hrs of bushhogging my pasture, my 50 yr old knee gets a
little sore from pushing down on that hydrostatic pedal.
Local New Holland dealer can't seem to find anything on it.
They're not even sure 2002 models had cruise control as a factory
option(which I know is bull, after reading some other members
posts on the subject).

Interesting, I thought all D (Deluxe) models came with cruise.

MikePA is right. Don't you have a green switch on your right side fender console. All hydrostatic tractors come with cruise control. If you bought yours used, somebody may have removed it. Somethin's up with your tractor...

Well...DUH!!!
You guys are right. I went home & checked last night.
Sure 'nuff. switch was there, worked as advertised.
Frustrating thing is, I bought the tractor new, 4 yrs. ago.
Could have been using it all along. Course, it's like a new
added benefit, now. And it was free!!!
Guess what they say is true, when all else fails read the
manual!!!(if I could find the darn thing)

Well...DUH!!!

I'd give you a hard time about it, but I have to figure the fact that your dealer didn't know is far more a likely subject of my ridicule than you. They couldn't find anything on it?

Besides, up until my temperature gage failed, I had been telling folks that you had to replace the whole instrument panel if anything went wrong. I had the book and knew where to look it up, but still missed that little "tidbit" of info.
