Restore Massey Ferguson MF 50

Bought this tractor for $400 a year ago. Just got it set up to start working on it. Don't even know where to start. But, I can't find the serial number. It does have a Z-120 Continetal Engine and I got a rebuild manual but nothing on the rest. Don't know the date of manufacture. Haven't seen a picture of the front grill anywhere. Have the lubricant specifications under the hood that shows model but, no date or serial number. I'd love any advice/comments.

In my teenage years, my dad bought a used '57 model. With the 3+1x2 gears, 3 pt hitch, and two-stage clutch it beat the heck out of the AC model C it replaced. The wide front and road gear was nice, but the manual steering would give you a workout.

It and the 66" Sidewinder brush cutter were stolen in the '80s, after I left home.

Edit, ours was a gasoline model.
