Requesting page from G3033H Service Manual

I am looking at replacing the metal hydraulic lines on my G3033H and wanted to see if anyone with a service manual can provide any pages associated with the removal and installation of this part. I will be calling the semi-local dealer today to see about ordering the part and will ask about obtaining the pages on servicing this part. Since I am not sure if the dealer will give me any service documentation on this part, I wanted to see if anyone here could provide a copy of the page(s) associated with the repair.
