The plastic fan fell apart(all blades shreaded like paper) after ten years of use...tractor overheated. I ordered a new one and having issues getting it on..Trying to figure out what wrench I can get up in there to get to the 4 bolts...any help would be appreciated

Looks like you have plenty of room to get a ratchet and socket in there to get them out. If not, maybe a ratcheting wrench or a regular box wrench will have to do. They are probably metric. I've seen tighter places to get to.

Yes, you have to remove the fan/hub assembly with those 4 easy to get to bolts first, then remove the plastic fan from the hub on the bench - easy with a ratchet, extension and socket once it's on the bench.

Don't forget to apply the appropriate thread-locker.
