Replacing a Kioti seat

I have a Kioti CK25, about 6-7 years old. The seat is cracked, both bottom and back. Called the dealer..... they only supply the whole thing, including the suspension.... for $1900 CAN. After choking on my drink, I declined. I want to remove the seat cushions and re-cover them. Has anyone done that? I have the total seat with suspension off, but cannot figure how to remove the actual seat. Many thanx in advance.

Got it.... not easy or intuitive. In one of the rails the seat slides in there is a silver coloured stop which has to be pried out, then the seat can slide all the way out. It did not appear the seat was hitting that stop, which is why it was confusing.
