I have aford 1720 with fischer 7' that replaces the bucket. I tried to angle the plow with curl function but need d/a cylinders. I dont need power beyond loop and think the d/a cylinders are a cheaper route with the same end result.
What do I need to think about other than matching the cylinders? Any tips??

Thanks, Roman

You are throwing money around without addressing the problem. Two single acting cylinders will angle a snowplow just as well as double acting cylinders, or just as poorly with improper valving. You need a non-regenerative valve spool in your curl circuit, or a different valve. Much discussion here if you search for it.

Like Rick wrote, do a search of the term "regen" for lots of reading. I think some of the older Fords used a style of valve that had regen full time whereas the newer tractors (all brands) there is a lockout for it.
