I normally tow my 24ft enclosed tag-along trailer with an 2005 F350. My truck is in the shop and not coming out anytime soon. Does anyone know of a place that will rent trucks equipped with electric brake controllers in the Northern Virginia or DC metro area? Unfortunately I need the truck asap. Thanks.

Best I can tell you is there used to be a place in No VA that specialized in renting trucks. I don't recall their name, but they were in the phone book. Take a look and see if you can find them. They may still be in business.
