renovated cow barn/shop

we have recently renovated a barn that was falling down on our farm and turned it into a cow barn with a heated shop at one end here is how it came out, it is 45' by 15' there is only one cow in the barn now because the 15' by 12' stall is not completed yet

Looks like a nice job. I think that's a nice sized building for allot of things. You're using it for animals and a workshop really makes it very practical. Congrats.

Wow that is great. You'll surely spend a lot of time in there. How many cows will you be keeping? Have you kept them before?

i will be keeping 2 cows in the 12' by 15' stall and possibly a horse in the 10-12 stall i've had cows for awhile but never horses so we will see how that goes, but right now i only have one cow in the 10' by 12' stall because the big stall is not completely finished yet, here is a pic of what is in the stall now, a 4 month old jersey heifer.

May I ask why you keep your critters penned so tight?
