I just purchased a B2400 with LA 351 loader. When I try to remove loader,it will not release from fixed pins so I can drive out.I put the bucket on ground, remove pins on loader frame, tilt bucket down, loader arms tilt forward but do not release.Am I missing something ? There is no manual

Steve, it sounds like the loader frame is not rolled forward. The FEL frame sits on a pin and then the top pin secures it in place. When you set the stand down and roll the bucket back, the loader assembly should "rise" out of the bottom fixed pin. I'm writing this from memory on how my la352 works with my B7610. Sounds like your should work the same. Can you verify that the frame has lifted and rolled forward?

Steve, you probably need to get manuals as well. Messicks, who advertises and posts often on this site, has manuals for your tractor and loader. There are other sources as well, just search for Kubota tractor manuals on TBN and on the net. Good luck with your tractor.

did you put the stands down first? The way I do it on the 7510 is to have bucket in air drop the two stands and pin in place, curl bucket down at an angle and apply a little ground preasure, remove two loader pins at top of mount and then unroll bucket. the loader frame should roll ahead and up. shut off tractor move bucket control around to realese preasure on hoses then unhook hoses and back away. I do mine at least once a week in the summer when I mow.

I know this is sort of an old thread, but I felt I'd chime in. I'm a new Kubota owner. My tractor is a '98 B2400 with the LA351 FEL just like the ones in this thread. I didn't receive a manual for the FEL, but have the Tractor and MMM one. My neighbors tried to help out and we ended up crunching the hood with the cross brace. After pounding out most of the dent (she has some "character" marks now.) I re-read the attached and it seemed to make more sense with the pointing of the bucket down with some pressure, then rolling it back. Does anyone have any instructions for this that they can share? I really hope I did it right as I haven't hooked it back up yet. (So happy to have it off.)
