Remove Instrument panel on Iseki TS2210

Hi all

I have a Iseki TS2210 and I'm a bit stumped. I want to loosen the metal instrument panel so I can remove the combination switch for the heating element / starter. but I can't spot how its bolted onto the rest of the tractor frame, there are no obvious bolts to loosen the panel and it appears to be firmly attached at some point.

Has anyone removed the instrument panel from one these tractors before?

An update, after some further investigation I think I am coming at this from the wrong end. It looks like it's a simple task to remove the fuel tank and that should give me access to the instrument panel. I'll post some photo's if I get a chance.
