Reluctantly selling an 03' JD 4410...need help with pricing

No help with numbers, but sold my Kioti CK30 about a month ago.
Hints
Once I started thinking about it I started checking Craigslist and read all the local tractor ads to get feeling for price.
When I listed, I wrote a good ad, lots of pictures. Basically answering most any question I expected from potential buyer.
Also included link to current Tractorhouse offerings.
Ad posted on Sun, sold to 1st person to look on Tue, no hassle, just a test drive and make arrangements. He was aware of the other CL listings.
Note, several of the other Craigslist offerings are still listed, some with price reductions. Sadly these have 1 or 2 sentence listings.
