I just found out that the main store of my favorite dealer sells NH along with Case and Kubota. I've been slowly narrowing my field of choices down, and there are "only" 5 brands I'm considering at the present time.

I can get A plan pricing on CNH equipment, so that will be a big factor. Presuming I go with CNH and don't want supersteer or the TC30, is there any reason to choose, say a blue 33 over a red one or vice versa? I know they are mechanically identical, but the lights are different and the hood line is different (I think). Are there other small differences?

If all things are equal then go with the best price you can get on either machine. There are no major differences between the machines other then Supersteer. The hood line is nearly identical so it comes down to if you want vertical or horizontal lights. It gets dark early now so see if you can try the lights out before the dealership closes one evening. I have never tried the stacked light setup to see if there is any advantage. Good luck

I'm presuming the A plan price will be so close as to be the same for two machines of the same designation, like the TC33 and the DX33. Maybe that's wrong, but if they are the same price, I guess it just comes down to looks and lights, then?

Before purchasing my TC40da, I looked at the DX also. I was told by the dealer that they both come off the same assembly line. I went with the TC because my NH dealer was GREAT & much closer. The only other difference I noticed was the shape of a couple of the handles. Get which ever color you like best!

When buying our new tractor - TC40DA - I found out that both the Case & NH are made in the same plant on the same assembly line with the only difference being the lights & paint color. In my area the Case was over $2500 more than the NH so we ended up going w/the NH.

Price the headlights before you buy. Unless NH has changed their source, customer cost on the replacement was over 500.00. I brought it to their attention at a product school in Memphis. Would like to know if they're lower the cost.
