Red foxes have been pretty common sight on our place. We have a large yard with a lot of rabbits and I'm sure that has something to do with it. Last spring my neighbor started raising guineas. He doesn't cage them and they run loose. These guineas are in our yard a lot which I don't mind. This year we are truly infested with red foxes far more than before. I am seeing piles of guinea feathers in the yard when I mow now. And am seeing a lot less of the neighbors guineas. It almost seems that the foxes have moved in due to these guineas.
