I have read around hear that if you get 15% off list you are getting about the best price possible. If you are wanting to shave some dollars off I would delete the ballest box. You can make a cheap one out of 55 gallon drum, if you do a search you will find info on that. Not to mention looks like you are getting a BH Which will probably be staying on most of the time so looks like you will be paying for the ballest box to sit on the sidelines most of the time. Not sure how much the mid PTO option is but I would be crossing that off as well. Only good for a mid mount mower as far as I know and that is getting to be a pretty good size tractor to be mowing with unless you have large open area to mow and then I would think you would want a larger 3 pt. mower. The grass I keep is way to tight I would not even try mowing my yard with 3240 FEL & BH and would not be wanting to be taking them on and off every time I need to mow. The money you spend on a belly mower will almost cover a cheaper zero turn mower. When I mow with my b7800 I have to come back with my push mower because I cant get close enough with the loader on and then come back with my weed whip can you say P.I.T.A. I plan on getting a zero turn instead

I'll be taking the ballast box off the list, I'm filling my rear tires.
MidPTO...would be needed if I want the front mounted SNo-blower, I have a 600 foot driveway, and that maycome in handy. At the Kabota site the midpto option is 323.00 which seems pretty reasonable to me, the ballast box is 383.00?? I can fab a ballast box, but not a midpto

I think thats a good price for the north east. I took delivery of my new package april 30th, as follows. Grand L 3540 HSDC with stereo, rear work lights & wiper, auxillary 12 volt power up front, turf tires. LA 724 QA standard bucket, brado QA forks, landpride 1860 rotary cutter, sitrex fs 300 rear pto spreader and a very nice 1000 # kubota weight box. All implements are matching orange. Total cost without sales tax $31,713. Im very pleased with this deal! I have however purchased a new kubota tractor and thousands of $$ of equipment off this salesman in the past.
