Rebuild of PTO hydraulic pump (JW03)

Hello,
Can anyone tell me the correct way to have the internal seals facing when rebuilding the pump. I realise that they face the two outer plates/covers but do the "point" in the same direction or doesn't it matter.

I have a pto pump and it looks exactly like the one in your photo. I broke the main shaft that make the pump run.\I have no manufacturers name for the pump do you have a make or model number or a place where they sell parts or repair . I would be grateful for the info and I sorry I cannot answer your question but in my opinion it doesn,t matter
