I have a 2210 and notice that part of the bead on my rear tire is riding on the steel rim. Both rear tires on the inside & outside are doing this. I say about a 1/4 of the tire. I am running 20 lbs. Is this normal? Should I get the tires reseated? What can I do to keep this from happening again? Thanks

I had a ym2000 before and it done that. I was running about the same air pressure you are. In fact one day I got in a bind with it down the hill and the tires seemed to be flat. I finally got it out and noticed it was doing as your's are doing now. I reseated them and filled them with more air, never had the problem again. That will puncture your tube eventually.

I measured the lug nut on the rear tire with a ruler and it shows around 15/16" but I I know that this may be metric so what size socket would I need to remove the tire from the tractor?

15/16 = almost 24 mm That would be my guess as to what it is--24 mm is a common size. A 6 pt socket would definitely work anyway.

The bolt is typically a 16 x 30....16mm, 30mm long. Head size can vary depending on the supplier, but 24mm is typical. Well worth spending $50 for THIS if you have a Yanmar. We have Snap-on, Craftsman, GearWrench, and SK for most of our tools, but a set of those 3/4" drive metric sockets from Harbor Freight has been with us for years. Their primary use is probably wheel bolts.
