Kubota L2501
Will post pics tonight but have a couple questions.

New L2501 hst purchased last year.

Had Kubota rear remotes (2)added early this year. 2 issues.

1- where the factory plate mounts (inside lower rops frame, passenger side. Right side when looking from rear). The quick connect fittings stick out so far, that if I lift my 3 point, with quick hitch, it will contact and damage the quick connect fittings.

For now, I installed a bolt and nut on my 3 point lift control to limit how much I can lift. This is not a good solution. I need a different way to mount the plate for the hydraulic fittings to get them out of the way. Dealer not much help here.

2- one of the valves controlling a rear remote allows the hydraulic side link to drain down. It sucks. What type of lock out do I need? Or is there another solution?

Thanks in advance and I'll post a Pic this evening

Actually found 1 picture, will get a better one tonight.

That picture isn't the greatest, but I think it shows how far they protrude. I either need to move them out of the path of the quick hitch as it's raised or I need much shorter qd fittings. Or something.

We typically mount higher to not have that issue.

If there is slack in the hoses leading to the quick connects you can loosen the bracket and slide it up. If that makes the hoses to the cylinder too short you can get longer ones.

You can put 45 degree elbows between the QC bracket and the female connectors. Also you can get different bulkhead fittings to eliminate the adaptor between the bulkhead fittings and the connectors, which would make the connectors stick out less.

You can also put 90 degree elbows between the male connectors and the hoses so the hoses will be out of harms way.

I will try that but didn't see an obvious better option.

Any pictures?

On my L2501, the fitting bracket is over the right taillight and the I have 90 degree Male fittings on the cylinder hoses.

Nothing on the 3ph gets near the fittings.

In reference to the bleeddown......mine is the same. Since it seems to be worse when first starting for the day, I believe that air is getting in the quick connection when the machine is off.

I fully extend and retract both top and side cylinders when I start the tractor. This bleeds air out and the bleed down is reduced.

When operating , I have to make small adjustments to the side link every 30 minutes or so to keep it where I want it.

Some on here have suggested setting the side cylinder then disconnecting the quick connection for it to prevent the bleed down. I have not tried it as I am now used to making the adjustments.

I do not have a good picture of my bracket, however.......

If you are interested, you can see my fitting bracket and hoses from a distance within the first minute and a half of this video.

I found another far away pic. I tried to zoom in on the bracket.

Thanks for taking the time buddy.

Think I see what you did. Is that the factory Kubota kit? If so then I should be able to route mine the same. Thanks

Yes, kubota kit installed by the dealer prior to purchase.
I can't take credit for it!

I personally like my dealer, but sometimes the shop leaves some to be desired.

I'm going to look tonight and see if I can reroute the hoses and plate.

If you come up with any pics from straight on, please let me know. Thanks again
