I had made a rear discharge set-up for a Scotts L2548. I purchased some flexible hose - I forget the diameter but it fit the bagger tube. I purchased another bagger tube and cut it up. I used the remaining boot for the deck, attached to the hose, which attached to the discharge deflector portion that went into the bagger assembly. Because my tractor had some quick attach mounting holes on the rear fenders, I was able to fabricate a bracket which held the whole thing on place behind the tractor. Then it was a matter of fine-tuning how the clippings were thrown out. I also used some high lift Gator Magnums to help with the air flow.
