When my new BX23 sits for 3-4 days, the rear bucket ends up resting on the ground. Is this normal for the hydraulics on this machine, or is there something wrong that I can fix.

It is not unusual for a hydraulic attachment to drift down after a few hours. Some show drift after a few minutes. You should lower all attachment to the ground after shutting tractor down.
