Box Scraper Rear blade or box blade??

How much help is a rear wheel to keep grades level. I see the rear blades come with optional rear wheels, but I haven't seen box blades with that option. I plan on grading some inconsistent terrain and was thinking the rear wheel option with a hydraulic adjuster looks like a nice option.
