Rear Axle seal

Recently I noticed a leak around the rear axle seal of my 2310. I'm a fairly decent mechanic and need to know how I can change it. How difficult is it to remove the axle to change it. What parts will I need. I've notice several different types of manuals...owners...service...chassis...parts...etc. which will be the best to help me in this endeavor? Any help will be greatly appreciated...
