Ran over twig, now tractor won't move

Most JD models that I have worked on have two idlers that depending on model may move with the clutch. I would look carefully at that linkage to see if part of the twig is still jammed in there somewhere. With the deck on it can sometimes be challenging to see up into that area.

Also check to confirm the spring is still attached to the clutch idler assembly. Amazing the area a twig can get into and the problems they can cause.

Not a safety switch wiring issue if motor starts and doesn’t shut off when clutch is released.
