I'd like to move to AG tires on my CT230, will the R4 rims be the same size? I looked on the parts section of bobcat and they list two different rims but no sizes.

No, to switch from R4's to Ag tires will require rims and tires.
Your current R4's are probably F 25x8.5-14 and R 15x19.5
The Ag tires listed in tractordata for your CT230 would be F 7x14 and R 11.2 x 24
You may be able to put Ags on the original front 14" rims but I think they are wider than Ag tire rims.
Rear R4 rims are totally different size diameter and width than Ags.
Your CT is similar in size and uses the same size tires as as many Mahindra, Kubota, MF, and other tractors. If I recall correctly my Mahindra 2615 with the same size R4's rims had a bolt pattern of 6 on 6. That would be 6 Holes on 6" centers.
