I bought a Piranha bar for my bucket which has teeth and is handy for digging, brush, etc. There are many times I want to remove it. It is held on with two large bolts which makes taking it on and off a hassle. I was wondering if anyone knew of a quick release that would be strong and let me take the blade on and off quikly?

Cordless impact wrench. You'll find all kinds of other uses for it too.

Why would you want to remove it? I am just curious.... wondering what jobs it would interfere with.

I have had mine on for more than 7 years... never have removed it. Makes for a great hard edge, digs great, scoops material off of hard surfaces, and will accept bolt on forks although I don't recommend them. Better to get a QA so you can swap out the bucket for forks and get max lift ability. I have never had a reason, curious as to why you say, "many times I want to remove it"?

When I'm back dragging my driveway or trying to smooth dirt the teeth bite in and don't leave a smooth surface. It's great for digging, chipping, brush removal and many other things but for back dragging it's not that good.

I occasionally want to put on a set of clamp on pallet forks sometimes for lifting pallets, often for lifting brush. Originally I was concerned and removed the Piranha bar but now I just clamp them on over the P-bar now.
I backdrag with the "heel" of the bucket.

I backdrag with the PTB sometimes first at an angle (getting teeth marks) and then flat to smooth it out. Seems to work pretty good for me.

Yeah. The heel works but not as good as the edge of the bucket. Still looking for a quick release.

Probably hard to find a quick release pin in the diameter you need and if you did it would likely be quite expensive and too long. You could probably fabricate one for the diameter hole that you have... using a Bolt shank and drill for a cotter pin... but the problem is you won't have any 'clamp up' and the PTB will likely be a little loose.

It's two bolts. Use a power tool if turning a wrench takes too long. Sorry don't mean to be coming off rude but 'dicking around a bit' with your tractor is part of the territory. I'm guessing it would take about two minutes with a wrench and a 20v impact driver that includes retrieving the tools.
