I had a kubota b2910 with a front blade. I bought a new b3030. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use my old quick hitch with some sort of adapter package or do I need to get a new quick hitch. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I only know that the quick hitch for the B2910, and the B3030 are quite different in appearance though both kind of work on the same principle. Since yours pins to the frame much further back than the new one, the question is whether, or not there are mounting holes there in the new frame, and clearance for the new loader. I think you would find the new one to be much easier to mount / dismount so it might be worth selling, or consigning yours, and getting the new one anyway. Since yours fits a wide range of tractors including the very popular B7800 I would think it would move quickly.

I'm looking at my manual for the B2791 male quick hitch and subframe that's on my B3030HSDC.It's for the B2910 as well as others.Serial number 2501134 and up.You may be good to go.

A little cob job never hurt anything, I think there are definite differences, if done well I don't know that it would hurt.
