new holland TC 35d
I have a New Holland TC 24 with a front end loader. One of the hose quick couplings leaks when connected. How do I troubleshoot and if parts need to be replaced? And can I replace just the male and/or female ends without replacing the whole hose? Like can I disconnect the make end off the hose and replace with a new one or are the connectors and hose one unit?

On a JD the coupling connectors screw on. If you are leaking when it is coupled up there may be a bad oring in the female side on the tractor.

Not sure when your connectors are leaking, or where.
Every connector male and female that I am aware of screw onto the hydraulic hose. Take your leaking fitting with you to a shop, style, size and threads need to match. After removing the connector, wrap the hose with something to keep debris out, and wedge it point upward to reduce fluid loss and fluid allow your wrap to fall off.
Get some thread compound to seal the threads when you put it back together. You do not want to use thread tape as it is too high of risk to contaminate the system with a loose piece of tape, of course you don’t want “pipe dope” in the system either.

Most female couplers have an O-ring.
First attempt to cure that leakage would be to replace that O-ring.
Cheap and easy!

You can buy either the male or female connector or both off of Amazon. Guessing you either have the AG or Skid steer type.

When you replace it clean the threads on the hose completely and a squirt of brakeclean to get rid of the HD oil. Use a good to very good hydraulic sealer as well. Just put it on the end half of the threads. You dont want ANY sealer to get into the system. Let it sit according to directions on the tube. Last fitting I changed had a heck of a time sealing. Bought a $25.00 tube of sealer, let sit for 4 hours and never looked back.

That痴 what it turned out to be. I took off the female component, brought it into the parts department of the nearest NH dealer and they changed for me on the spot. He also said it was the most probable cause and cheapest place to start. No more leak and I知 now more familiar with my tractor. Thank you.
