Questions about LS R3039

In the market for a new tractor and I keep finding myself coming back to the r3039 and the r4041. One thing I have noticed from images of the tractors is that the frame looks lower to the ground than some other CUTs I've seen. Just wondering if ground clearance has been an issue for anyone.

I've got the R3039H and I know what you are referring to. LS has a couple loader braces that run under the tractor, and decreases clearance. I've had no issues, and I work in the woods. Kinda gives some extra protection to some of the lower components.

Agreed, you do lose some ground clearance but you get some good protection from the braces. Also it helps to transfer some of the load to a low point.

Congrats on the new tractor, my new XR3037 was delivered this Wednesday afternoon, got to put it to work this morning plowing snow, I really like it, plenty of power with the turbo 3 cyl at 6300 ft elevation! Hope you enjoy your new tractor as much I am enjoying mine!

No, they are the 4 cyl Shibaura motors, 135 ci indirect injection, according to Shibaura specs, two different engine model numbers, so the extra 6 hp must be from the fuel distributor, the 3 cyl looks just like the one in my old NH1725 except it has the DPH stuff on top of it.
