I'm contemplating getting a set of quad tracks for my vibratory plow. I'm working in a new city and the requirement is everything must be on the far side of the ditch. My machine runs best with 2 or 4 tires on the road and the blade offset onto shoulder. I currently have to use a 11k lbs excavator to help the 11k lbs plow along in wet spots. This requires a second person to run excavator when they could be working on other parts of the process, setting PEDS, doing couplers, seeding/strawing or moving conduit reels around.
Enough back story. A set if mattracks is 40k and I haven't found any other options. I found a couple companies that make them for oems but not for consumers.
