What does your tractor manual say about how to check and adjust the relief pressure.
Your tractor is rated at some pressure, and the relief valve is usually set slightly below that to protect the pump.
Just about every hyd system has some kind of adjustable pressure relief valve.
It could be a screw that you turn and compress a spring more or small shims which will cause the springs to push harder on the poppet. The shims come in different thickness for so much pressure increase.
