Should I have any problems pulling a 22' Travel Trailer (approx 4,000#) around my property with draw bar on the 3-point? My tractor is a TYM T233, 23-hp.
The property is pretty sloped. I only need to maneuver it into a parking spot for the winter.
This seems pretty straight forward, but any advice would be appreciated.

I would connect a switch to tractor battery so trailer brakes could be used if needed.

Be aware that the 3 point can be "pushed up" if the trailer "runs in" it is not tied down. This could cause the trailer to uncouple from the tractor.

The draw bar worked well on my 8,000# trailer with a 19HP case tractor. I know have a 27HP & use the 3 point a mod..jpg3 point addition 002.jpg
The draw bar is kind of low so I had to raise the ball when I used it. Also it's real hard to see where your going when using the tractor I've considered making up a quick attach mirror.

Titan attachments has some good 3 pt and quick attach receiver hitch options which would make you move safer. I have both for my needs and they work great moving everything around. never had an issue with up lift. If you go with a ball on your draw bar, be sure the tongue weight is not too great.

Travel trailer, boat trailer, utility trailer, tractor float, wood splitter, etc. Put a good receiver on the 3pth and you will find numerous uses. Just back up under the trailer and lift the hitch. Most times you will not even have to throw the latch if you have enough torque weight. Most of my trailers have tongue jacks that never move.....

I have a small JD X740 with a three point hitch. I built a trailer mover similar to those at Tractor Supply and it is on and used 99% of the time. I either have a stinger on for moving trailers around or a 2'x4' carry all like cars have on.

The bigger tractor I have has a 3 point mower or it would have one also.

Some tips:

Use 4wd at all times. This is most important for braking performance. Rear brakes can and will slide when trying to stop the trailer.
Go slowly. Like REALLY slowly. See comment about the brakes
Use a spotter for backing up. You will have zero visibility of the sides of the trailer from the tractor seat.

Be careful anytime when the towed vehicle out-weighs the towing vehicle.

Should be ok, just make sure you have good traction if on a slope. I move a boat around all the time that is 6k lbs and a heavier 10k construction trailer with no issues. Do keep it in 4wd and use the safety chains
