Can someone please point me in the right direction for a tool to pull this bearing. For size reference, the shaft is 5/8"

Bearing splitter and a press. If that lip is in the way you will have to go with a 3 jaw puller. Both will probably ruin the bearing.

The two smaller 3 leg pullers on my board would do the trick. Posi Lock pullers have a patented cage which is safer and prevents the puller arms
from slipping.

Or find a local garage that is good to work with, bring it in and ask them to pull it. If you have the new bearing, ask them to put it on too. They will have the tools if they have a press and may well do it for $5 or 10 or even free. If they say free, give them $10 as a tip and thank you. had a shop here that helped me out twice like that, but closed a few years back.

I would normally suggest “bring it over”, but it might be a bit of a trek

As long as the bearing is being replaced...can you not open a vise and clamp the bearing race from the under side of the vise and then try tapping the shaft down through the bearing? (using a hardwood pillow block on the shaft threads)

...polish the shaft first though.

If you don't plan to save the bearing then remove the shield, ball cage, balls and outer race.
Then heat or weld bead on inner race and it will fall off.

Thanks for the input. I got it off today with a borrowed puller.
