My T554 PTO seal started leaking. Had it replaced by non-dealer. Later I was talking to the dealer about it and he said I will tell you why the seal went out. He said there is a vent hose hanging down near the PTO, and dirt dobbers plug up the hose and this will cause the seal to fail. I went home and found the hose, and guess what the hose was plugged up with dirt. CHECK YOUR HOSE, IT MAY SAVE YOU A REPAIR BILL.
