PTO Not Engaging on Ford 901 Power Master

HI,

I am a new member from Tennessee and I love your site. I just bought a Ford 901 Power Master and the PTO is not engaging when I pull the lever out. Has anyone had this problem and if so do you have any ideas how to fix it?
