Hello -

I'm in the market for a compact tractor to brushhog 10-15 acres 2 to 3 times a year. I'll be using a loader on it as well for small around-the-house/farm chores. I'm looking at some of the 25-30hp 4wd units (probably with HST). My question is dealing with the PTO. This is all pretty new to me and I'm not _real_ familiar with all of the PTO terms. I'm seeing some of them with live, trani-driven w/ overrunning clutch, live-continuous w/ overrunning clutch, hydraulic live-independent, etc. I think I know what some of these terms mean, but, maybe need an overview from somebody. Mainly, however, I need to know opinions on what pto setup would be best for what I'm mainly going to be doing with with the PTO (occasional brush hogging).

Thanks a bunch,
Ken
