I sold my finish mower that I don't need anymore. I was going to buy another PTO attachment for my tractor but can't decide which attachment would be the best? I thought about an Auger but they have gone up in price beyond my need. Any suggestions on something useful to use with my PTO?

Flail mower if I’m spending someone else’s money. lol.

I'm not quite sure why you are so focused on the PTO. Some implements require power, some don't.

As mentioned, it all depends on what you're doing. Your listed tractors are small, 25 to 33 HP gross, but good enough for a variety of tasks.

Tillers, Flails, Brush Hogs, Chippers, Fertilizer spreaders, water pumps, etc.

Or you could get a high flow hydraulic pump to drive additional implements, although it would be easy to overwhelm your tractor.

My most used PTO implement is my Finishing Mower so it depends on your needs...

So just finished spraying my "easements" across a few other's properties. They don't maintain it so I do it.

You listed that you are from the North Carolina Mountains. How much flat land (usable as in a garden) do you have?

Well, you sold the 3 point implement I use more than 90% of the time. As mentioned, we don't have a hint what work you have planned. Love to help spend your dollars but I'm at a loss.

The only pto driven attachment I have is a macKissic chipper. I can get 3-3 1/4” stuff through it if it’s straight enough. Hopper on top for anything up to 1”.

Wish I had gotten the 2610 instead of the 2410. Those couple extra hp would help a bit.

The self powered version of my chipper only comes with a max 8.5 hp gas engine. Seems that would be underpowered.

It's odd you'd sell the finish mower, as I'm eyeing up a 33-40 hp tractor to run a 72" finish mower on and to run my 62" flail mower on.

Unless you bought a dedicated lawn mower like rider or zero turn, it's strange you'd get rid of a finish mower. None of my business though.

As with the rest of us, there are a lot of PTO and non-PTO implements you can get for both of your machines. Just what do you need to get done is the real question.

You could also rent implements too. There are plenty of rental groups around me that rent 3 point equipment.
